Well, I have been gone for nearly a year. Jeezus! Alot of things have happened, so I will try to make a long story quite short.

Its been a long time since I posted anything. Its been a long time since I even logged in! I never do because its so damn slow with dialup.

Anyway, I really can't update you all at this point. At least not much. I have to get to bed so I don't feel like shit in the morning.

To put it in a nutshell:
I'm still going to DeVry. I'm in my third semester, and my grades are improving. I am still with Andrew, and we are still in our basement hideaway. We will have been together for 2 1/2 years on the 26th Happy Happy! Kojak is still breathing and trying to eat people. We also have a new dog, Bear, of whom I will post pictures... eventually.

My dad is doing well. Started a new business. He was found not guilty on the charges that were brought against him (YAY!) and so there is nothing anyone can do to him anymore. Let me tell you, the look on that bitch's face when they read the verdict of "Not Guilty" was fucking priceless.

My car is currently dead. All the hoses in it were dry-rotted and torn, so that was $400 in hoses alone. Then it started belching white smoke, so dad thought the head was cracked. It is indeed cracked, I found out today. $400-$600 more.

I got a check from DeVry for $2800 because I didn't spend all the awarded financial aid. I bought Andrew and I each a brand new laptop and paid for the repairs to my car. My dad is doing it, so there is no labor, but he had to buy $400 worth of tools just to do it. Whatever is left after everything--brand new clothes for me, and good steel-toe boots for Andrew. Which, there may not be anything left with the freakin' head cracked.

I got to talk to my little brothers for almost an hour the other day. They are doing well. Hopefully, they will both be home before much longer. Patrick graduated early, and I am immensely proud of him. He is having second thoughts about joining the National Guard because of who the president will be, so I am breathing a little easier, as is his girlfriend.

Otherwise... well, I can't think of anything else. I guess I should try to keep in touch with people more often, then I wouldn't have to type a novel!
